To use this service add your battery to the shopping cart and then select the option after adding it to the shopping cart.

For all installations we perform the following:

  • Test your iPod*
  • Replace the battery (you must purchase the battery)
  • Charge your battery
  • Clean your iPod (remove some scratches)
  • Give you a Free car charger

  • We ship iBox to you 2-3 day delivery

You Ship Install- $20

  • You ship your iPod to us with insurance
  • Change battery within 4 business days from receipt of iPod
  • You Choose Shipping option

*You must purchase this from our website. Do not just ship in your iPod. If you ship your iPod to us without purchasing the service from the website there will be an additional $10 charge.

 

The first two options we will ship you an iBox with prepaid return shipping. You need to do nothing but wait for the iBox to arrive at your home.

If you have chosen "You Ship" Professional Installation. You can ship your iPod to our installation facility after finalizing your transaction. We will send you an email. Make sure to insure your shipment and obtain tracking on your shipment. Put your order number in with your iPod.

*if your ipod is broken and the battery is not the cause we will notify you via email. You can still have us replace your battery or you can have us send you back your iPod without changing the battery. We will charge a $10 service fee and the shipping fees and refund you the difference. This is rare, but there are times that an iPod is broken and has nothing to do with the battery.
